Apartments in the city

In proper YU our country that disappeared it was standard for working class people. You work, you going to the list at your company and in a time you get an apartment for you and your family. Very easy. The money was going from companies' profits to the accommodation fund what was compulsory by law for every company. You were not the owner only a user what is called in EU law tradition Habitatio or the right to live in another subjects' property.
At the beginning of 1990th the properties were sold to their users and they formally became owners. The problem was with money achieved for sold properties that was stolen by politicians and moved to foreign banks (corruption and shame).
