This kind of business is called in NZ Solo Trading. The guy is collecting mushrooms and selling for $5NZ bag. I did not see any IRD oficer around or even LTSA oficer (cos it is very close to the road, 1 meter) and dont know is this guy registered for GST. Maybe yes, maybe not. I did not aks him, I just asked for photo.I did not see any other oficer (this country of full of oficers) to control are that mushrooms poisoned or not or good for eating.
I think that white mushrooms are without any quality and people risk their health eating it.
